Throw Out Fifty Things, Clear the Clutter, Find Your Life by Gail Blanke

I have read a lot of clutter clearing books but this one was a bit different in a good way. I heard about it from a couple of places and decided to try it. The author not only talks about clearing out physical clutter but mental clutter as well. She includes tons of stories from herself, friends, clients etc. It really made me think about some things and I am going to try following some of her tips.
