I am going to begin reading this one tomorrow. I hear it is excellent and am looking forward to it. This month, I had and "add-on" ~Someone Knows My Name. It was one of the best books that I have read in quite some time. I borrowed it from Carolyn and highly recommend it! I can't wait until my mom gets a chance to read it. YOU will miss the main character every time you put it down and you will wish she was still a part of your life when you finish it.

Gosh, I sure wanted to like this book. I strongly believe a lot that the book had to say. Let's start there. I do believe that the places that we direct our efforts and thoughts bring those things to fruition. That has been my experience, at least.

Now the book..... a bit on the redundant side. I recognize that the author wants to make her point, but how many times can you say think happy thoughts and happy things will come to you and your life? Apparently 135 pages worth.

I have heard similar things about this one Sondra. Like you can have someone paraphrase it and do just fine. It sounds like well-hashed terrain such as the law of attraction and such too. I am not sure it's anything new.

I always wondered though ... how on earth does a book like this explain horrible things happening to genuinely good, loving, positive people? If it does ...
