I have read a lot of books on green living. So when I picked up this book at the library I thought I would just skim through it. I started it and ended up reading the whole book. I think the author has a lot of good info. She has lived the lifestyle her whole life (her father started Eden Foods). She has a nice way of describing the realities of how our world is and what you can do to live greener and healthier without getting preachy or overwhelming. If you want to make some healthy and green changes to your life this would be a good book to pick up and a nice place to start.
