Never Be Sick Again by Raymond Francis

I already had this topic but just read this book and because I liked it thought I do a post. This was a great book. The author made the topic easy to understand, gave lots of stories and really made some sense. His theory is that the reason people get sick is because their cells are malfunctioning. That is the only "disease". He gives reasons for this and how to help yourself. It was a very interesting read. Be warned though he gives some pretty scary information about our medical system. I recommended this to a friend and she liked it also.
